Bosson School of Dance and Fitness (Boss-on) is led by Janet Bosson. A talented dance instructor and personal trainer with over 36 years of teaching experience.
Janet offers in-person sessions in the scenic Bootle area of West Cumbria, in dance, fitness, yoga and runs well-being activities, like walks and sound baths.
All her sessions are available as 1-2-1 sessions on line which means you can access Janet as you coach from all over the world.
With a passion for various dance styles particularly Ballroom and Latin American, she coaches at social, competition, and professional levels.
Her 36 years of teaching experience means Janet can also choreographer bespoke routines for your wedding or other celebration, or help you make a stylish entrance down the aisle or into your prom.
As well as coaching and running Bosson School of Dance in Cumbria. Janet serves as a trustee for Surface Area Dance Theatre (SADT) based in Newcastle and is an examiner for the United Kingdom Alliance of Teachers of Dance and Kindred Arts (UKA Dance) based in Blackpool
As a Personal Trainer, weight loss coach and nutrition adviser, Janet is a fitness professional who designs exercise programs and provides guidance to individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals.
She offers tailored workouts, instruction, and motivation to help clients reach their specific objectives, which could include weight loss, muscle gain, improved sports performance, or managing health conditions.
Her qualifications means she can incorporate Dance, Kundalini Yoga, and Pilates into her plans as well as sound baths and meditation.
As a Women's Fitness Specialist, she can offer personalized fitness plans to meet the needs of women during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal stages, of life
and with her diploma's in 'Working through Cancer' and 'Myofascial Release' she can help you understand exercise as a part of your recovery.
As well as being a fully qualified Dance and Fitness instructor Janet has studied well-being activities.
Training as both a Nutrition Advisor and Sound Healing Practitioner. Most recently she has trained as a 'walk leader' with the Ramblers association allowing her to work as a volunteer Active Cumbria leading free Well Walks in the community.
Combining Janet's expertise in dance and fitness, she is well-equipped to assist dance sport enthusiasts in achieving their goals.
Her knowledge of nutrition and well-being, along with her diploma in Professional Sports Psychology, means Janet becomes an ideal coach for dance sport competitors.
