We warm up to get our bodies and minds ready for the activity we are about to do and to get a little bit out of breath so that the oxygen can get into our muscles.

It’s fun, it’s quick, uses lower and upper body, you have to think, balance and you need to use your coordination, and as it’s a solo dance you can dance at your own level without hindering your partners progress. ( please don’t practice on carpet as you might hurt your knees if you swivel)
